Hi Im a 20 y / o M and for a moment I will wake up one morning and the gland on the left side of my neck to swell a little (no pain) and the next day after the evil and the usual feel anything on my left side. I can not really say that puffed up when I lay my head and I feel my left side of my neck traction. Anyway, I have my doc talkedto this topic, but who knows, my lymph nodes in the groin was slightly swollen for a few years. I can see if your acne is my thing in my neck, swell, or something worse? Please let me know.

Well first of all blood tests would be done as soon as possible, especially if you have swollen glands in the groin. It could be viral or bacterial infection easily, if only in the neck. But, as elsewhere in the body, the doctor should definitely check it out completely.
